At Nano Planner, we want you to love your purchase. That's why every order comes with a 120-day risk-free home trial.

120-Day Returns If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your Nano Planner within 120 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition with all included accessories.

How to Start a Return Email us at [support@nanoplanner.com] with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

1-Year Warranty Every Nano Planner is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. If your product is defective due to a manufacturing issue, we'll replace it free of charge.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [support@nanoplanner.com] and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
